Cyberduck steht ab sofort in Version 4.0.1 zur Verfügung, die nur wenige Stunden nach Version 4.0 veröffentlicht wurde. Man hat einen kleinen Fehler behoben, der dazu führte, dass beim Hochladen ganzer Ordner keine Verzeichnisse auf dem Ziel-Server angelegt wurden. Ansonsten handelt es sich bei Cyberduck 4.0 um das erste Release für Windows.
