Drive Policies Management Toolkit (or short: DPOLMGMT) is a Windows drive policies tool. It allows to query, modify, write or undefine each of the policies it supports, individually. The program can:

hide drives
prevent from accessing of drives
disable AutoRun by drive letters
disable AutoRun by drive types
enable USB write protection

Each of these policies, except for the last one, can either be applied for the current user or for all users of a computer. DPOLMGMT allows to output policies to a .REG file, what may be useful for the purpose of generating of a set of settings that could later be applied for restricted user accounts.

Mit der kostenlosen Software HotkeyPro kann man Kurzwahltasten/Hotkeys erstellen, mit denen sich verschiedene Aktionen automatisch ausführen lassen. Dazu gehören unter anderem das Öffnen von Programmen und Ordnern, die Simulation von Tastenkombinationen oder das Einfügen von beliebigen Texten.

Zudem können Visual-Basic- und CMD-Skripte oder Systemfunktionen ausgeführt werden. Neben Hotkeys können auch sogenannte "HotPhrases" als Auslöser dienen. Die Aktionen werden dann nach einer festgelegten Zeichenfolge automatisch gestartet.

Hotkey Pro kann zudem auch als Passwort-Manager genutzt werden. Benutzername und Passwort lassen sich so leichter auf beliebigen Internetseiten eingeben, was den Anmeldeprozess vereinfacht. Die Datenbank der Software ist mittels AES-256 Verschlüsselung geschützt.
