Es zeigt alle technischen Daten der Laufwerke an und bewertet deren Gesamtzustand. Zudem gibt CrystalDiskInfo eine Warnung aus, wenn die Parameter kritische Werte erreichen. Completely broke the program in Build 12 on Windows XP. This build fixes the program on Windows XP. Have I mentioned how much I hate working with Windows XP? Yeah… I think so. Anyways, I primarily test this program on Windows Vista, 7, and 8.1 before deployment of the program. I generally don’t test on Windows XP due to the fact that Microsoft has stopped official support for Windows XP. If you are still running Windows XP, I STRONGLY encourage you to upgrade to at least Windows 7 simply because you won’t be receiving security updates on Windows XP.

"Don't Sleep" ist ein kleines Programm, welches während der Laufzeit verhindert, daß der PC in den Standby Modus oder Ruhezustand wechselt. Gerade beim neuen Windows-7, wie auch Vista, gibt es den Hybriden Standby-Modus. Dieser ist ziemlich aggressiv, und aktiviert sich auch teilweise bei höherer CPU-Last.

With this little tool, you can detect and fix stuck pixels on flat LCD screens. It wonâ??t bring completely dead (i.e. black) pixels back to life, but it should work if theyâ??re just stuck on a particular color. Many tools like this can be found all over the internet, but we could not find a tool with all the functions in one. Therefore, an adequate application was created, called Rizone Pixel Repair.

You can use the "Dead pixel locator" section on "Rizone Pixel Repair" to look for dead or stuck pixels. You can also use this section to help you find dirty little spots and dust when you clean your screen (Because dust doesn't show on all colors). Now, after you've located stuck pixels, try to repair them with this tool. Set the color mode, press go and place the flashy window thingy under the stuck pixel. Sometimes this unsticks that pixel, but as stated before, not always.

Das kostenlose WSCC - Windows System Control Center bündelt eine Vielzahl praktischer Systemwerkzeuge für PCs von Windows 2000 bis Windows 7. Der Systemspezialist vereint Tools aus den populären Werkzeugkästen von NirSoft Utilities und Sysinternals.

Eigentlich bringt WSCC keine eigenen Anwendungen mit. Die Freeware packt dafür Hunderte von Systemtools in eine Programmoberfläche und sortiert sie sinnvoll. Über eine praktische Updatefunktion bleiben Anwender zudem immer auf dem neuesten Stand.

Im Detail stehen System Tools für alle Belange bereit: Festplatte, Netzwerk, Windows-Darstellung, Codec-Verwaltung und Passwort-Wiederherstellung für Netzwerk, Messenger & Co. sind nur einige der Administrationsmöglichkeiten im Windows System Control Center.
