Restore Point Creator is a lightweight and easy-to-use application that was designed to help you restore the system to an early state using the existing restore points. You can also create new ones and personalize them by adding a specific description to each of them.

    Fixes a major issue on Windows 8/8.1 systems in which drives were being dropped out of the My Computer listing of drives. This was due to something that was added back in version 2.1 Build 1 that had unintended side-effects.
    This new version includes the removal of that code as well as a fix to remove the added Registry entries that were added by the removed code. This should resolve the drive drop-outs on Windows 8.

Das kostenlose WSCC - Windows System Control Center bündelt eine Vielzahl praktischer Systemwerkzeuge für PCs von Windows 2000 bis Windows 7. Der Systemspezialist vereint Tools aus den populären Werkzeugkästen von NirSoft Utilities und Sysinternals.

Eigentlich bringt WSCC keine eigenen Anwendungen mit. Die Freeware packt dafür Hunderte von Systemtools in eine Programmoberfläche und sortiert sie sinnvoll. Über eine praktische Updatefunktion bleiben Anwender zudem immer auf dem neuesten Stand.

"StressMyPC" bietet eine einfache, aber effektive Möglichkeit einen Belastungstest für den Computer oder Laptop bzw. Notebook bei Windows-Systemen durchzuführen. Auch wenn das Programm sehr klein ist, ist die Belastung für das System sehr groß, da die CPU auch bei Mehrkernprozessoren (Multicore-Prozessor oder Multikernprozessor) wie (z.B. AMD-x2 oder Intel Core 2 Duo) voll ausgelastet und belastet wird;). Nebenbei kann optional die Grafikkarte, sowie die Festplatte belastet werden.

Achtung ! Bei instabilen und übertakteten (engl. Overclocking) Systemen kann es zum Absturz kommen.
