Fixes for analysis. All requests now provide retrying at connection problems. Currently max retries count is fixed to 5, no delay between retries.
Fixes for downloading. Forced to use TLS in HTTPS.
Per-user installation (no admin required). Because of this need uninstall previously installed program version. This need to do once at upgrading to v1.3+ from older versions.

Also note that executable name changed from tube.exe to 3dyd.exe.
