Der "SpeedBit Video Downloader" ist eine Browser-Toolbar, mit der man Flash-Videos aus dem Internet auf Ihre Festplatte laden und konvertieren kann.
 
Die Bedienung ist simpel: Einfach den gewünschten Clip ansurfen, das Video starten und per Klick auf den »Download Video«-Button den Download starten. Schon landet das Filmchen als FLV-Datei auf Ihrer Festplatte.

MP3jam durchstöbert Videoportale wie YouTube nach Musik und speichert sie auf der eigenen Festplatte ab. Wahlweise holt die Freeware einzelne Songs oder ganze Alben als MP3. Auf diese Weise stockt der Musikliebhaber seine MP3-Sammlung schnell und komfortabel kostenfrei und legal auf.

Die Bedienung ist denkbar simpel. Einfach den gewünschten Song, ein Album oder den Interpreten im Suchfeld von MP3jam eingeben und schon wird das Suchergebnis übersichtlich präsentiert.

Ein Klick auf "Album herunterladen" genügt und die Songs werden standardmäßig im Musik-Ordner des jeweiligen Benutzers abgespeichert. In den Einstellungen von MP3jam kann der Anwender auch einen beliebigen anderen Ordner auswählen. Einziges kleines Manko: Der Dateiname enthält nur den Songtitel, jedoch nicht zusätzlich die Nummer des Tracks.

MP3jam lädt die Songs automatisch in der höchsten verfügbaren Qualität. Die Freeware bietet auch die Möglichkeit, die gefundenen Songs direkt im Programm abzuspielen. Ein Medienplayer ist hierfür im unteren Bereich eingebunden.

Mit MP3jam holt sich der Musikfreund in kurzer Zeit Unmengen von Musiktiteln und Alben auf die eigene Festplatte, ohne dass er gegen gesetzliche Bestimmungen verstößt. Alle Musiktitel stammen nicht aus dubiosen Quellen, sondern ausschließlich von legalen Videoplattformen wie YouTube.
