MPEG4 Modifier allows you to modify MPEG4 videos (XviD, DivX) without re-encoding (change aspect ratio, edit userdata, remove or add packed bitstream, and change interlaced field order).

It can also show information about the video such as the amount of I/P/S/B-VOPs used, whether or not QPel/GMC were used, etc. The video must be in an AVI container.

Simple x264/x265 Launcher lets you use 32-Bit Avisynth plug-ins (e.g. DGDecodeNV) and still benefit from the speed improvements of 64-Bit x264. Of course you can also use 64-Bit Avisynth, which is still considered experimental, if desired, as well as x264's built-in LAVF/FFMS input. Includes full batch encoding support for running several encoding jobs in parallel.

The program is a lightweight front-end for the x264 H.264/AVC as well as the x265 H.265/HEVC encoder, based on the Qt toolkit. It uses the 64-Bit version of x264 with the 32-Bit version of Avisynth. See https://github.com/lordmulder/Simple-x264-Launcher/blob/master/ReadMe.txt for more info.

TEncoder is a multithreaded video and audio converter that uses MEncoder, MPlayer and FFMpeg. It can convert almost every video and audio type to another. Subtitles with same name as video can be hard-coded into video. Up to 8 simultaneous encoders can be run so encoding time decreases. You can select between multiple audio and subtitle tracks. Extracting video or audio content is possible. Edit subtitle and audio delays and part of video that will be encoded. Effects like deinterlacing can be applied to videos. Output video codecs are: Mpeg1, Mpeg2, Xvid, Mpeg4, H264, FLV, WMV, VP8. Output audio codecs are: MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG Vorbis, AC3, Mp2.
