Mit bcTester können Barcodes gelesen werden, die sich in Bilddateien oder Adobe PDF Dokumenten befinden. Sowohl die herkömmlichen Strichcodes (lineare Barcodes) als auch die moderneren 2D (zweidimensionale) Barcodes können erkannt werden. Entdecken Sie, was in den Barcodes verschlüsselt ist!

Sie müssen nur durch Scannen oder Fotografieren eine Bilddatei erzeugen, bcTester erkennt dann darauf die Barcodes.
Sie öffnen ein Bild (tif, jpg, pdf Datei) und starten "Barcode erkennen". Die Software sucht die charakteristischen Merkmale der Barcodes im Bild und dekodiert die Inhalte. Ein herkömmlicher Strichcode (eindimensionaler Barcode) enthält in der Regel recht kurze Informationen wie Artikelnummern.

Ein moderner zweidimensionaler Barcode wie Aztec, QR Code, Data Matrix oder PDF417 kann viel mehr Informationen verschlüsseln, z.B. neben einer Artikelnummer auch noch die Chargenbezeichnung, das Haltbarkeitsdatum und das Gewicht eines Produkts.

Die Software bcTester erkennt alle gängigen Barcode Tpyen wie z.B. EAN13, Code39, Code128 und die 2D Codes Aztec, Datenmatrix, PDF417 und QR Code. bcTester enthält ausführliche allgemeine Informationen zu Barcodes und zahlreiche Beispielbilder. Das Produkt ist in Hamburg entwickelt worden und wird stetig gepflegt.

ColourDock can get the HEX or RGB code from anywhere you point to on your screen.

Once opened, ColourDock sits quietly in the tray and can be opened anytime by clicking on CTRL+C which immediately brings up the small window to select an area of the screen. You can change this hotkey in the settings, but we found it much easier to use the hotkey. The other option is to open the window and click on the eye dropper.

Der Zwischenspeicher unter Windows ist bekanntlich leider allzu spartanisch und flüchtig. Wer auf bestimmte Inhalte zugreifen möchte, kommt meist zu spät. CopyQ verspricht Abhilfe, erweitert den Funktionsumfang des Zwischenspeichers und sorgt dafür, dass der Anwender auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt alle in die Zwischenablage kopierten Texte und Bilder weiterhin parat hat.

Nützlich ist die in CopyQ integrierte Such- und Bearbeitungsfunktion für alle in den Zwischenspeicher kopierten Elemente. Für Übersicht sorgen die konfigurierbaren Tabs. Despite what the somewhat grammatically un-catchy title might suggest, CareUEyes is actually a nice little program designed to appeal to people who spend large parts of their lives sitting in front of computer screens.

The two main features of CareUEyes are the automatic blue light filter and a reminder to rest and take a break every once in a while. The combination of these two functions may help reduce eye strain caused by extended and prolonged use of computers. Put basically, it’s not a good idea to sit for hour after hour in front of a computer without any breaks, and this is where CareUEyes really stands out.

Vov System Uptime silently records your system's uptime and allows the details to be quickly displayed.

Not a complex tool but it will give an accurate count of exactly how long your machine has been running and since Windows makes it difficult to obtain this data this tool provides a simple alternative.

Vov System Uptime resides in the systray, and all it does is count the time. There is an option to copy the current uptime count to the clipboard for record keeping on a particular machine.
