Desktop Info displays system information on your desktop in a similar way to some other desktop information tools. Unlike others, this application stays resident in memory and continues to update the display in real time.

Desktop Info about 840KB of memory and zero CPU. Looks like wallpaper. Perfect for quick identification and walk-by monitoring of production or test server farms. Info includes time, host, user, CPU usage, OS info, memory usage, network info, disk usage, event logs. Displays items, position, fonts, colors, sizes, refresh times are customizable.

This has been fixed, so files to be renamed are now correctly highlighted in your chosen colour even when selected in the table.
    Adjusted row selection highlighting behaviour - The above change could lead to situations where it was hard to read the text. To compensate, the row selection behaviour has been changed so that rows in the Current Name table are always highlighted in the active widget selection colour and rows in the Preview table will always be highlighted in the inactive widget selection colour. This new behaviour feels more consistent in general since the selection colour used in the two tables is now constant.

Mit DirPrintOK können Sie Verzeichnisinhalte und/oder Verzeichnisstrukturen ausdrucken und speichern.

Vielleicht kennen Sie es noch aus DOS, da war es so einfach, den Inhalt eines Verzeichnisses oder die Verzeichnisstruktur anzuzeigen und auszudrucken. Obwohl es ab Windows 2000 und Win XP über 30 Dateidetails zu den einzelnen Dateien gibt, wie z.B. den MP3 ID3-Tag Ver.1 und ab dem neuen Windows-7 oder Vista ja sogar weit über Einhundert Spalten.

Bei so vielen Informationen ist hier eine Druckfunktion von großem Nutzen.
