MPC-HC (Media Player Classic Home Cinema) is an Open Source media player that supports most video and audio file formats.

MPC-HC was designed to play every available format, but not just for fancy, high-end rigs, but also for older computers and processors going back to Windows 2000.

Similar to other players, the focus is what's on the screen. The top bar has access to many settings including File, View, Play, Navigate, and help. At the bottom, you will find familiar, easy to use controls to play, go forward or backward, pause, volume, and more.

    Changed default setting for subtitle texture resolution. This change only affects playback on screens with 4K resolution. In that case subtitles are now rendered at 1080p resolution (and then scaled to final size). This improves performance on such systems. With Ventoy, you will not need to format the disk over and over again; you just need to copy the ISO file to the USB drive and boot it.

You will also be able to copy many ISO files at a time, and Ventoy will provide you with a boot menu from which to select them. Both Legacy BIOS and UEFI are supported in the same way. 160+ ISO files have been tested and compiled in an easily accessible list). Stickies is a PC utility to try to cut down on the number of Post-It notes you leave stuck to your monitor. You can place Stickies anywhere; once on screen, it will remain where placed until closed, even through reboots. The appearance can be customized; fonts, colors, and buttons may be changed, and styles saved. Stickies can be resized.
